Activate your R4 -REps vr subscription now

Your REPS subscription is an annual commitment, billed in monthly installments. An active subscription is required to use your purchased package. Content will not play without an active REPS account.

Your subscription fee supports account setup and management, server storage, software updates, and the technology that powers REPS.

Pausing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your personal payment portal.

If you pause: Your account is retained, but your annual payment commitment remains in effect. Before access can be restored, you must pay the subscription fees owed for the paused period.

If you cancel: Your account will be deleted. To use REPS again, you must purchase a new package and start a new subscription as a new customer.

Reactivation After Nonpayment

If your account becomes inactive due to nonpayment, reactivation requires payment of all outstanding subscription fees plus a $25 reactivation fee.

Managing Your Subscription

You are responsible for pausing access or canceling renewal through your personal payment portal. REPS does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

If you have purchased the R4 training bundle from the R4 website, you are still required to have a REPS monthly subscription to access the R4 training package.
